Classroom Driver Improvement Program

Our Driver Improvement classes are held at FDP BRAKES in their Meeting Room.
The course fee is just $95 cash (no checks or credit cards for this course).
Dress comfortably.
We are approved for both Regular Drivers and Commercial Drivers for Driver Improvement.
The number of CDL Driver Improvement Instructors across the state is extremely limited. However, both of our instructors are approved to provide CDL Driver Improvement instruction.

DMV Required Re-Test Class (For failing the DMV Test 3 times)-$195 Online
For customers age 18 and older, DMV only requires an 8-hour DMV Driver Manual Course which we offer online.
*IMPORTANT* If you are under age 18, and have already passed Classroom Driver Education and have a DEC-1 card ("green card" or it may be orange) from your school, DMV also allows you to take the 8-hour Driver Manual Course. If you are under age 18, we will need you to send us a picture of your DEC-1.
Our next in person DMV Driver Manual Course (for having failed the DMV test 3 x's) has not been scheduled, but we do offer this course ONLINE that can be taken at your convenience. Call or email us to get started. The online 3XF course is $195.

For customers under age 18, who have never passed High School Classroom Driver Education, DMV requires a 36-hour DMV Required Re-Test Class. We are not currently teaching the 36 hour course.
All classes are taught at our Tappahannock location at FDP Brakes on Mount Landing Road. You do not have to pre-register or speak with anyone ahead of time.
